Order Lead Time
Forest cakes - order online 48+ hours in advance of collection/delivery. For rush orders or special arrangements, please contact us by Whatsapp.
Custom cakes - dependent upon availability. As long as our artists' schedules can fit, we can make it happen for you!

- Our products are freshly baked to order and may include dairy and nut products. Please notify us if you have any food allergies.

Self pick-up time slot is between 10:00-16:30 daily. Please contact us if you need any special arrangements.
Delivery Service
Forest cakes - we provide 2 delivery time slots: between 10:00-13:00 or 14:00-18:00.
- Kowloon : $200
- Hong Kong Island / New Territories : $250
- Discovery Bay / Ma Wan / HK outlying islands : Unavailable
Bad Weather Arrangement
- Delivery services might be suspended or cancelled if typhoon signal no. 8 / 10 or black rainstorm is hoisted.
- We will get in touch with you for a special arrangement.
Cancellation and Reschedule Policy
- No cancellation or refund will be accepted after an order is confirmed.
- If you'd like to reschedule the pick-up or delivery date of your order, please notify us at least 5 days in advance.
